Chargé(e) de communication H/F

Description du poste

Lynx RH Dijon, Cabinet de Recrutement en CDI, CDD et Intérim, recherche pour l’un de ses clients, société spécialisée dans les services de transport et logistiques des vins, un(e) spécialiste Communication & Marketing Terrain en B2B (H/F).

Vos missions

You will report to the Country Manager and you will work closely with the Global Marketing team to define and execute a wide range of marketing programs to ultimately drive sales and enhance the brand awareness.

What will you do?

Marketing strategy (15%)

  • Create, build and deliver marketing programs to acquire new customers and upsell to existing customers, including integrated campaigns, events, and digital marketing.
  • Own country marketing budget and KPI dashboard and regularly give updates on marketing and sales teams progress.
  • Cooperate with Group Marketing to define yearly marketing and communication plans

Operational and inbound marketing (35%).

  • Partner with the central marketing teams to create local demand by adapting the global campaigns or creating local ones considering the local sales objectives.
  • Establish the calendar of marketing campaigns and events (both digital and physical) and share it within the organization looking for synergies and sharing best practices.
  • Manage marketing ABM to create better strategy and plan new campaigns to upsell and retain current customers.
  • Analyze results, metrics and reports to determine effectiveness of program activities

Sales Assistance (20%).

  • In charge of alignment with sales teams
  • Work closely with the sales leadership to set priorities.
  • Develop sales enablement tools (such as sales presentation).

Events Management (10%)

  • Manage and leverage communication on local partnerships/sponsorships.
  • Manage local events, both virtual and physical.
  • Create a plan to maximize lead generation for each event.
  • Ensure brand presence and consistency following the corporate guidelines.
  • Budget control and reporting

Communications (20%)

  • Leading and developing PR activity: manage existing relations with journalists, identify and build new ones with prominent media.
  • Identifying the editorial stories valuable for compagny Managing press enquiries.
  • Monitoring press coverage & press impact.
  • Content strategy – develop the content strategy and editorial calendar making sure we are creating a narrative that resonates with our different audiences.
  • Print and web graphic design.
  • Internal communications (events, intranet management, internal support).

Pré-requis

  • A degree in Marketing, communication or business administration
  • 2 years of experience marketing, ideally in B2B companies
  • An experience in the wine or logistics industry is a real plus
  • Passionate about marketing, customer experience, business growth and wine
  • Pardot / Marketing Cloud Salesforce user certification, other platforms will also be considered
  • Proactive, open mind mentality that can bring a fresh perspective to a problem
  • Professional and polished in communicating with senior leadership and confident in building strong relationships across all management levels
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills; comfortable working under pressure
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven and skilled in project management
  • Eager for developing a marketing career in an international logistics company
  • A professional proficiency French and English level
